Update to the PCC Guidelines

On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, your Board of Directors voted to approve an update to the PCC Guidelines as prepared by the Association’s legal counsel, David Graf of Moller & Graf.

The updated language is regarding unattended minors at the PCC. Prior to the update, the PCC had seen a notable increase of children as young as 8 years old being left at the PCC unattended for hours at a time. Our goal as the Association is to minimize the potential for any harm that could come to any unattended minors.

The below updates were made to ensure the safety and well-being of every person who checks into the PCC.

  • Any “Facility User” under the age of ten (10) be accompanied by a “Facility User” over the age of twelve (12).
  • Any “Facility User” under the age of twelve (12) be accompanied by a “Facility User” over the age of fourteen (14) to utilize the Fitness Center.

Anyone entering the PCC must adhere to the above policy as of July 25, 2022.

If your child participates in programming at the PCC and is under the age of 10 years old, a parent or guardian over the age of 12 years old is responsible for checking the child into the PCC at the front desk, walking them to and picking them up from the program.
