Welcome Home
Welcome to Anthem Highlands! On behalf of the Association membership team, Board, and your neighbors, we can confidently say that we are thrilled that you have chosen to be a part of our community!
Below are some important items to note as a new member of the Association:
- Setting up your family at our Community Center
- Upon moving into your new home, please bring a copy of your warranty deed or lease to the Parkside Community Center (PCC), located at 3624 Parkside Center Drive. Our Membership team will take your warranty deed or lease and use this to set you and the rest of your household members up with a special number to check in and use our facility center, in addition, to signing up for upcoming association events.
- Website Login - If you are a new homeowner in need of a login to the association website, you will need to request a login here.
- Welcome Committee
- As a new member, you should expect a visit from 2-3 of your neighbors who have volunteered their time to welcome you to the community. Our current committees are:
- Welcome Committee - new homeowner visits
- Social Committee - helps the Lifestyle Director plan Association events
- Financial Advisory Committee - goes through the Association budget
- Common Grounds Committee - helps the Assistant Community Manager in the planning of projects at the PCC and common areas
- Architectural Review Committee - reviews exterior modification applications on behalf of the Community Standards Coordinator

- Mailbox keys:
- If you have any questions regarding the location of your mailbox, mailbox keys are to be directed to your local post office on 280 E 1st Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020.
